Key Responsibilities
- You will build an AI-enabled, applied-learning academic system where Maya teaches concepts, faculty mentors application, and students demonstrate mastery through projects, problem-solving and real-world practice.
- Your primary mandate is to lead the development of Maya AI Tutor courses across disciplines—from ADP to PhD, including diplomas and professional programs—while ensuring academic quality, faculty accountability, industry relevance, research, innovation and graduate employability.
Requirements
- - PhD from an HEC-recognized institution.
- - 15+ years of higher education experience.
- - 5+ years in senior academic leadership (Dean, Director, Registrar, PVC, VC, or equivalent).
- - Strong academic, research, and postgraduate supervision record.
- - Proven experience in academic administration, strategic planning, and institutional development.
- - Experience with HEC compliance, quality assurance, and accreditation.
- - Demonstrated faculty leadership and development experience.
- - Strong executive leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- Faculties operate with clear accountability, measurable learning outcomes, strong academic governance and consistent quality standards.
- Curricula become applied, industry-aligned and employability-focused, producing graduates who can demonstrate what they know and what they can do.
- Research, innovation and industry engagement strengthen, while HEC compliance and academic integrity remain uncompromised.
Requirements
Experience We Are Looking For
- Senior academic leadership at university level
- Led institution-wide academic transformation
- Built or redesigned university curricula and programs

Preferred: Experience as PVC, Dean, Rector, Vice Chancellor, or equivalent senior academic leader with demonstrable transformation results.
