Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Gateway Careers portal (the "Portal"), operated by Gateway Technologies (Pvt.) Limited ("Gateway", "we") on behalf of the Gateway ecosystem of organizations — including Gateway Technologies, University of South Asia, American National School, Royal AI Colleges and MAYA Health. By creating an account or submitting an application you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
- You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. Applications are considered on the basis of what you submit.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. Create one account only.
- The Portal is intended for people aged 18 or over seeking employment.
2. Acceptable use
- Application answers, documents and interviews must be truthful and your own work. Misrepresentation may lead to rejection or withdrawal of an offer.
- Do not impersonate others, upload malicious files, scrape the Portal, or interfere with its operation or other candidates.
- We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.
3. Applications, AI assistance and human decisions
The Portal uses AI to assist recruitment — for example reading your CV to pre-fill forms, scoring applications against the published criteria for a role, and conducting the recorded video interview with our AI interviewer. Every hiring decision — shortlisting, interviews, offers and rejections — is made by the human recruitment team, never by AI.
- Submitting an application does not create any promise of employment, interview or response time.
- Your video interview is recorded. Recordings, transcripts and AI-assisted summaries are visible only to the recruitment team.
- Each vacancy may close or change at the organization's discretion.
4. Your content and our content
- You keep ownership of everything you submit (CV, answers, recordings). You grant Gateway a licence to store, process and share it within the Gateway ecosystem strictly for recruitment purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- The Portal, its design, text and branding belong to Gateway or its licensors. Do not reuse them without permission.
5. Service availability and liability
- The Portal is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gateway is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Portal. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
6. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version number and effective date above will change, and continued use of the Portal after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
7. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction. Questions about these Terms: use the Contact page.
