Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data the Gateway Careers portal collects, why, and how it is used. It covers recruitment for the Gateway ecosystem — Gateway Technologies, University of South Asia, American National School, Royal AI Colleges and MAYA Health.

1. Data we collect

• Account details — name, email, mobile number, country and city.
• Application profile — personal details you enter (father's name, date of birth, gender, marital status, address; CNIC for Pakistani candidates), education, career history, achievements, availability and compensation information, and optional professional references.
• Documents — your CV and any supporting files you upload.
• Video interview — the recording of your interview with our AI interviewer, plus transcripts and AI-assisted analysis for the recruitment team.
• Portal activity — application progress, messages and technical logs needed to run the service securely.

2. How we use it

Strictly for recruitment: processing and assessing your applications against the published criteria for each role, communicating with you about them, scheduling interviews, making and documenting hiring decisions, and — unless you ask otherwise — keeping your profile in our talent pool for future opportunities.

3. Who sees your data

• The recruitment and hiring teams of the Gateway ecosystem organization(s) you apply to.
• Service providers who help us run the Portal — cloud hosting, file storage and email delivery — under contracts limited to providing those services.
• Referees you list are contacted only with your recorded consent, and never automatically.
• We never sell your personal data, and interview recordings are never public.

4. Retention

Application records are kept for the duration of the recruitment process and, for unsuccessful applications, in our talent pool so we can consider you for future roles. You may request deletion at any time (see below).

5. Security

Your data is encrypted in transit, access is role-based and limited to the recruitment team, documents are served through protected links, and downloads of your documents by staff are logged.

6. Your rights

• Review and correct your profile at any time from My Gateway Careers.
• Request a copy of your data, restriction of processing, or deletion of your account and data via the Contact page.
• Withdraw an in-progress application at any time from My Applications.

7. Changes and contact
