About the Role
Build the systems, teams and operating model required to scale a high-performance college network.
Design the operating system of the network — admissions, staffing, quality, campus launches — so each new college opens faster and performs predictably.
This is not a maintenance role. We are not recruiting senior people simply to operate systems that already exist — we are looking for leaders who can build what does not yet exist. The appointment carries a clearly defined mandate, meaningful decision authority and direct accountability for measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- The network operating model: admissions, staffing, quality assurance and standard operating playbooks.
- Process design and standardization so every campus performs predictably.
- A campus-launch machine — site readiness, staffing, training and on-schedule openings.
- Operational KPI and quality dashboards that change frontline behaviour.
- Staffing and training pipelines built for scale.
- Teaching quality protection while the network scales aggressively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's or MBA preferred.
- 12+ years in operations leadership, including 5+ years across multi-site operations.
- Evidence of standardization, new-site launches and KPI-driven quality at scale.
- Experience building staffing and training pipelines.
- Education-sector exposure valued but not required.
