Provide the clinical leadership, governance and medical standards required for responsible AI-enabled healthcare.
Make MAYA Health clinically credible: governance, safety systems, regulatory alignment and clinician trust — around a technology platform that assists rather than replaces clinical judgement.
This is not a maintenance role. We are not recruiting senior people simply to operate systems that already exist — we are looking for leaders who can build what does not yet exist. The appointment carries a clearly defined mandate, meaningful decision authority and direct accountability for measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical governance and safety frameworks for AI-assisted care.
- Clear boundaries where AI assistance ends and clinician judgement remains absolute.
- Patient-safety systems, incident learning loops and clinical quality metrics.
- Regulatory and licensing alignment with healthcare authorities.
- Clinician training, accountability and escalation structures.
- The medical standards required for responsible digital health at scale.
Requirements
- MBBS with valid PMDC/PMC registration.
- Postgraduate clinical qualification (FCPS, MRCP, MD or equivalent).
- 10+ years of clinical practice including senior clinical-governance leadership.
- Experience with healthcare regulators, patient-safety systems or clinical quality frameworks.
- Digital health, medical technology or AI-enabled healthcare exposure strongly preferred.

Requirements
Experience We Are Looking For
Senior clinical leadership with governance, patient-safety and digital-health experience. Comfort operating where medicine meets technology.
Minimum Qualifications
- MBBS with valid PMDC/PMC registration.
