This is not a maintenance role. We are not recruiting senior people simply to operate systems that already exist — we are looking for leaders who can build what does not yet exist. The appointment carries a clearly defined mandate, meaningful decision authority and direct accountability for measurable outcomes.

Requirements
- Master's in Education or a related discipline.
- 10+ years in school leadership (Principal, Vice-Principal or equivalent).
- Evidence of measurably improving student outcomes and whole-student development.
- Experience leading and developing large teaching faculties.
- International curricula experience (American, Cambridge or IB) preferred.
